and skilled steward, and when they blossom they are a thing of wonder and
delight producing things one would not have dreamed possible.
We work with teams who are already high-performing who wish to continue to
work at an exceptionally high standard. These teams are almost always lead
by an outstanding leader who recognises the need to constantly invest in the
team. Our high performing team development programs are all custom designed,
and no two programs are alike. We work with identified current needs and
opportunities and design an impactful, often innovative, program to deliver
what the team needs, right here and now. Our high performing team
development programs are anywhere from a day to two days and incorporate a
range of modalities, including creative elements such as art-based “create”
pieces, movement and voice, and process-driven facilitated pieces where the
content comes entirely from the team. All programs are anchored on our
insightful facilitation processes and delivery, giving your team a memorable

Tangible Practical Skills

Internal Consulting and Project Scoping is a collection of practical,
tangible skill development modules. These encompass the professional skills
that enhance effective and efficient corporate processes and are part of an
effective team’s development.
Internal Consulting Skills are increasingly needed in the corporate
world of today and the future. Increasingly, organisations are hiring
internal consultants and are expecting their people to be able to perform as
capable consultants. Our Internal Consulting Module is deliberately designed
to develop these skills, through a project-driven two day workshop. We use
real life projects and clients to make the learning real. This approach
requires more time in the pre-program set-up phase, but the results speak
for themselves. Participants leave the course with the actual skills they
need to use when back in the work place.
The Scoping Skills, or Getting Projects Right from the Start module,
includes a 17-point Template which can be used in the early stages of
scoping out almost any project. The 17 point Template is woven into a 2 day
program, where teams of 3-4 people engage with real life clients and
projects to create a fully scoped out project, culminating in a client
presentation at the end of day 2. This is a unique workshop which receives
exceptional ratings from participants and executive directors, and creates
consultants who are ready for action
